Employee Safety Representatives

Employee involvement is very important to effective health and safety. The Health and Safety (Consultation with Employees) Regulations 1996 requires employers to establish comprehensive consultation arrangements.

We run this course on an in-house basis in your premises if you have a number of delegates who require training.

Union/non-union appointed representatives of employee safety, safety committee members 


This practical course will enable employee representatives make a genuine and balanced contribution to health and safety. The broad content of the course enables representatives to take part in discussions on the wide variety of issues affecting the employees they represent.

Legal responsibilities and useful techniques such as risk assessment are included to enable the representative to make a practical input to health and safety.
