ACT offer a best price guarantee which means that if you can find the product or service cheaper* elsewhere then we will match that price.

Just contact our helpful training department, let them know what course or product you are interested in and the price you have found from another provider.

All price match decisions will be made by our training department at their discretion.

Terms and conditions

• Courses must be from UK based companies only
• Evidence must be provided of the competitor’s price. Namely a quote or valid link to their website
• If price includes or excludes VAT (or any delivery charges), this information must be given at the time of price-match request
• Price match request must occur prior to booking. We will not honour any price matches retrospectively
• We reserve the right to refuse a price match where we suspect fraud or unauthorised reseller activity.

ACT has several payment options to suit your needs.

Klarna

Spread the cost of your training and get more time to pay with Klarna. There’s no extra cost to you with no interest or fees.

The payment methods you can choose from are:

• Pay now (card payments)
• Pay in 30 days (invoice)
• Pay in 3 instalments – Split your purchases into 3 interest-free payments. The first payment is taken when you set up your payment plan, with the following two taken at 30-day intervals.

Tailored payment plan

ACT can be flexible with payment plans, for example, we can offer different payment options with varying amounts and frequencies depending on a client’s / learner’s needs. We can offer a range between weekly, monthly or six-monthly payments to make it easier for those who want to spread the cost.

ACT has the right to refuse any payment plan applications due to client history together with the course, product or service being purchased and will be subject to a signed agreement which will include an agreed amount which is always payable upon receipt of booking / order.
