It sets out the key environmental risks arising from industrial processes today, and details the methods for their evaluation and control.  The course builds on the existing knowledge and experience, treating environmental managers as an extension of safety management principles.

The aim is to provide a practical introduction into environmental risk management. Enabling delegates to respond to the increasing environmental pressures on their industry in a structured proactive way.

The course is also useful for safety professionals considering studying for the NEBOSH Environmental Certificate, providing a comprehensive introduction to environmental management.
