Locations: The NEBOSH Diploma full and conversion courses will now be run in two key UK locations leading up to the National exam dates: London and West Midlands. The course codes / dates shown below are for the West Midlands.

Designed for: Those who hold the NEBOSH National Diploma Part 1 or equivalent** who wish to progress their career towards Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH)*. Specifically designed for those who wish to bridge the gap between their existing Part 1 knowledge & the syllabus for the National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. A fast track route to enable those eligible to take the National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety exams and assignments.

Outline: The National Diploma syllabus consists of three units: focusing on risk management (Unit A: Managing Health and Safety), health (Unit B: Hazardous agents in the Workplace) and safety (Unit C: Workplace and Work Equipment). Assessment is currently by three written examinations (one for each of the units A, B and C) and a workplace-based practical assignment (Unit D). Our comprehensive development programme includes: assignment practice pack, mock assessments and provision of a copy of the appropriate RMS NEBOSH Study Books for this course.

Duration: 3 x 1 wk training study blocks + optional 4 day Exam Tutorial + Exam Period

Optional Exam Tutorial: (Separate fee). Focused on tutoring on specific syllabus areas using a revision checklist. Delegate exam technique developed through practice questions and answers. Split into separate days, for Units A, B and C.  This enables external delegates and / or referrals to join either one or all of these tutorial days and sit the NEBOSH National Diploma examination with increased insight and assuredness.

The course is also suitable for those not successful at Part 2 that wish to make a fresh start and take examinations leading to corporate membership on a unit by unit basis. Assignments held at Part 2 can be transferred.**

NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Exam Tutorial & Exams **

Optional Unit D Assignment Mentor Scheme: (separate fee) Under the new NEBOSH National Diploma syllabus, delegates are required to submit a significant workplace based assignment (unit D) - success in this unit is essential in order to achieve the Diploma award. The assignment requires delegates to apply the knowledge and understanding gained in Units A, B and C in a practical environment and to undertake critical analysis and evaluation of information - presented in a specific NEBOSH format. Experience has shown that delegates benefit from 1 to 1 support during this process. ACT is pleased to offer delegates the opportunity to join a scheme which includes:
